I have been coming to Dr Chen for the past couple of years!! I can honestly say that this practice is always 100% clean the staff is welcoming and the hygienist is informative and easy to talk too! Since being there my oral health has improved I can appreciate a welcoming Dentist and his staff!

I love this place. I have had so many negative experiences with dental offices throughout the years. It seemed like every time I went to the dentist, there was something else wrong with my teeth. Ever since I’ve been going to Dr. Chen, the condition of my teeth have been getting better! Most recently, I switched my son to Dr. Chen because his dentist (Children’s Dentistry of Stonecrest) were horrible with communication and every time we went they were finding major problems with his teeth. Dr. Chen sat with him for a good 30 minutes educating him on how to improve the condition of his teeth and let him know what the root cause of all of his dental problems was. My son felt relieved and encouraged knowing that he was in good hands with Dr. Chen. I am going to switch my daughter to his office next. He is amazing, his staff is amazing and I highly recommend his office!

I found this dental office while shopping around , I needed to switch from my old dentist ASAP as they were very unprofessional, dismissive, money hungry, and not personable. I saw all the great reviews for this office and thought I would give it a try and I’m so glad that I did, it’s like a breath of fresh air coming from my previous dentist, Dr. Michael Chen was very kind , thorough, and matter of fact when discussing my dental care during the initial visit. I also saw Helen the Hygienist and she was beyond sweet and accommodating , going as far as giving me a blanket to use while getting my teeth cleaned because I was cold. She made my visit relaxing and I don’t usually say that about the dentist because I’m usually on edge, I felt safe and cared for. I would also like to shout out the front desk staff Aysha and Carol, whether via phone or in person they have always been pleasant, professional, patient, and understanding, it’s much appreciated. I look forward to my follow up visits.

When royalty meets royalty! To say this was a five star visit would be an understatement. Dr. Michael Chen and his entire staff deserve all the praise one can receive. I truly enjoy having my x-rays taking by Tèi, it was a wonderful experience; she’s super down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed talking to her. She’s also gentle (straight forward no games). If you’re looking to advance your dental health and get your grill straight then you definitely need to see Dr. Chen. I recently had an extraction and it was smoother than ice cream coming out the machine from Mc Donald’s when the machine isn’t down. LOL! Dr. Chen is surgical when numbing your mouth and making you feel comfortable. When it came to removing my broken tooth I didn’t feel a thing. I wasn’t in pain and I went and worked both of my job that same day (beast mode). Dr. Chen provided some over-the-counter non narcotic pain reliever (Advil & motrin )before he started the extraction. By doing this it truly helped me after the procedure was done. Dr. Chen understands what his “FORTE” is and he sticks to the script, he’s a veteran and has been in the industry for twenty years (he has respect on his name). Dr. Chen is knowledgeable and very caring. Trust me, you will have the best dental experience of your life. Dr. Chen cares about his patients overall dental health. If you want a painless procedure and overall wonderful feeling after your dental procedure, trust and believe you’ll only get that red carpet, royalty treatment with Dr. Chen and his staff!!!! This is a wonderful dentist with a great dental staff as well. I came here for a extraction of a difficult tooth and Dr. Chen was patient and explained the procedure. When I had my tooth removed it was without a problem and I left feeling confident. This office is a really gem and a happy to have such a great dental office in Lithonia/ Stonecrest. I highly recommend for people who are looking for a competent, compassionate and knowledgeable dentist you should come here.

To say I was nervous was an understatement. I want to say thank you to Dr. Chen and you the entire staff for making me feel comfortable and answering every question I had. I haven’t had an extraction in over ten years, so I was terrified. But after today, as a new patient I was extremely impressed and relieved to find a dentist who is not only skilled, but inviting & relatable. Thank you so much for a painless & quick procedure. I was referred to Dr. Chen by a friend and when I say him and his team met all of my expectations.....they absolutely did! The whole entire staff was very friendly. Helen did my deep cleaning and she educated me on how to take care of my teeth moving forward. She’s the sweetest! Dr. Chen also educated me on everything and he even gave me a pop quiz! I still remember...enamel, dentin, and pulp. I have several upcoming visits with them and I’m looking forward to them. Thanks to the entire staff there, you guys are very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional 🙂

This is one of the best dentist offices I've been to. Everything runs in an orderly fashion. All of the employees were very welcoming when I came in for my walk-in, got tooth pulled same-day. There wasn't any pain at all. I highly recommend, seriously. DR. CHEN, did his thing.

The ladies at the front desk Ms. Carol & Ms. Nona are hardworking women that ease the process. Special shoutout to Ms. Aysha at the front desk for her knowledgeable opinions and the ability to calm you down if you’re worrisome like me. Everyone in this office made this process seamless. Great place for dental work! I called on a Monday because I broke a tooth. They were able to get me in on Tuesday for an x-ray and exam. On Wednesday I got the tooth extracted without any problems. The main reason I chose this dental office was the reviews that mentioned how Dr. Chen made procedures as pain free as possible. I can tell you that this was absolutely the case for my procedure. I didn't feel a thing and was able get on with my life in a timely manner. Dr. Chen is very thorough when explaining the procedure and plan. Cynthia was also great. The receptionists make you feel welcomed and they are such a joy to deal with.

Dr. Chen and his incredible team saved my life today. I was in major pain and they were very kind and helpful throughout the entire procedure. They were awesome ! I called several dentist offices and they were the most professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist and will be bringing my whole family.

I hate going to the dentist with a passion Dr Chen and his staff was able to see me right away. He went over what I needed to have done. He was able to schedule a root canal the same day. He made me feel at ease. He discuss every procedure before he proceed on going oral surgery. I was so relief and no more pain. This was the best dental experience having a tooth extracted I have had in my entire live. Dr. Chen is AWESOME. Very professional, kind, concerned about you and how you are feeling during your Dentist visit and after. I praise God for Dr. Chen and the AWESOME experience I had for the first time.

Today I got my wisdom tooth extracted and I really appreciate Dr. Chen for helping me get out of pain. My pain started Sunday and he was able to call me in a rx to help with my pain. While taking the medicine I fell sick and had to call Dr Chen for help due to vomiting. He gave great advice and recommended I come in the next day to get the tooth out. He did refer me to a specialist but the wait was over two weeks, I really appreciate the effort he made to help get my tooth out. He explained two different ways my extraction could possibly go and took his time removing my tooth. Music played during the procedure was great and the office did a great job entertaining my 7 year old daughter with coloring books and trips to the treasure chest. I’m forever grateful for my previous boss and current dentist! Go check him out!!!!

I was a new patient and hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I had horrible tooth pain and needed a tooth removed. My experience was phenomenal. I even cried happy tears once they told me they could remove it. My extraction healed great and overall I’m very happy with my experience.
